I've had a passion for movement since I began dancing at a young age. Ever since then, that passion has only grown! When I was no longer dancing I began attending a local gym, and from there I was approached about teaching group fitness classes. I went on to become an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Stretch Therapist. I also became certified in many group fitness formats such as, BodyFlow, TRX, Barre, and more! I have been a Certified Fitness Professional since 2014, and I am so grateful that my passion has turned into my career!
