This plan is meant to complement your one on one personal training sessions. I will create each workout for you so that you can practice and build on what you have learned. In addition to this, I am available M-F to answer any questions via the messaging feature. I will also be reminding you of your next workout, checking in to see how it went, and collaborating with you to set goals weekly. This is "personal" training.
